A quick reminder post to all nominees and board members regarding OutSport Toronto's Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Sunday, 27 March 2011 at 4:00pm.
We are working out the details of the location, and as soon as we have that, we'll let everyone know. We'll also be sending out an Annual Report shortly, and the official Notice of the First Annual General Meeting of Members to all member organisations' nominees and board members. The Notice will contain the agenda for the AGM, voting information, and details of the business of the meeting, which will include
- Year in Review and Financial Statements
- Looking Forward
- Bylaws Ratification and Amendment
- Election of Directors
Anyone is welcome to attend the AGM, but only registered nominees of current member organisations can vote.
Interested in Being a Director?
The following director positions are open and open to nominations of a member from a member organisation:
- Treasurer
- Director, Fund Raising
- Director, Volunteers
In addition, if you have any interest in any of the other board positions, please contact me at shawn.sheridan@OutSportToronto.org . Other board positions are:

- Secretary
- Director, Games
- Director, Membership
- Director, Community Outreach
- Director, Marketing and Communications
While these board positions have encumbant candidates who are re-running for election, or other candidates who have expressed interest, we'd still like to hear from you if you're interested!
