Triggerfish Field Trip: Regent Park Inclusive Swim!

When
Sat, 11 Apr 2015, 8:00pm–9:30pm

The Triggerfish Water Polo had a couple of fun times rocking up to Regent Park's "Inclusive Swim" (re: queer pool party)! Last time, they had 16 Triggs come out to splash and play in the water, without having to worry about technique, strategy, or competition. Also, the inclusive swim is a good thing to support, because we live in an awesome city that actually has this!

There's a sectioned pool, a deep-end with a diving board and a rope swing, a short indoor water slide, a 20-person hot tub, and a shallow/kids area.

COST: IT'S FREE!

BRING:
+ your team suit if you have one!
+ towel
+ lock

CHANGEROOMS: these are open-concept, have big windows, and are genderless. But there are little cabins with doors and individual toilet WCs for privacy.

NOTE: This is an inclusive swim, which means there are other LGBTTIQQ peeps there, as well as families, kids, couples, etc. We're there to have fun, and we can throw the ball around, but we don't want to intimidate other patrons. Listen to the lifeguards on duty. They are ok with us bringing balls to toss around, but they don't like skip shots, head-first dives, or piggyback/shoulder riding.
