GBS Secures third Gym Permit for Monday Dodgeball.
Focused on "Social First" sports, the Gay Bay Society* is perhaps one of the best known sports leagues within the Toronto LGBTQ community. Â Bringing a different style of recreation to the community, with a focus on getting out an having fun, rather than actual skill.
With the wild popularity Dodgeball has taken on, the league has expanded year after year, and still sells out every season. Â After months of work behind the scenes, GBS organizers have managed to secure a third gym permit. Â This means MORE DODGEBALL.
This new mini-league will operate on Mondays at Church Street Public School. Â With a shortened 8-week season, running from Oct 20 through Dec 15, it's a great opportunity for you to get out and try the fun "social first" sport, meet new people, get active, and enjoy the warmth of an indoor gym this chilly fall.
