In three weeks time, OUTSPORT TORONTO will be holding its fifth Annual General Meeting. As part of the organisation's Proxy Voting Policy, should a nominee not be able to attend the AGM, they can either appoint a proxy to act on their behalf, or can vote electronically.Â
A nominee of a member organisation may appoint as a proxy any other member in good standing of that sports organisation to vote on behalf of the sports organisation at a general meeting of OUTSPORT TORONTO including an annual general meeting. The proxy may vote on any business as may be properly placed before the meeting.
To appoint a person to act as a proxy, the nominee must complete the Appointment of Proxy for 2015 Annual General Meeting form, which can be found in Annual Reports and Information Circulars. Instructions for completing the form are on the form intself.
